Your major responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n

• Schedule patient consultations to help build patient relationships<\/li>\n
• Assessing patients and identifying their problems.<\/li>\n
• Engaging in discussion with patients and making them feel comfortable.\u00b7 Implementing individualized treatment programs.<\/li>\n
• Undertaking psychometric testing.<\/li>\n
• Evaluating patient responses to treatment over time<\/li>\n
• Organizing a long-term counseling plan that involves multiple visits.<\/li>\n
• Offering services to all age groups.<\/li>\n
• Offering both one-on-one and group counseling.<\/li>\n
• Keeping a detailed account of patient mental health history and manage confidential files.<\/li>\n
• Being patient and building relationships based on trust.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  You must be a qualified and experienced psychologists with experience in working with people who require counseling on various concerns to join its growing team in Dubai. Candidates with a current\/past exposure with Paediatric Counseling is a MAJOR PLUS.<\/p>\n

  • Candidate must be a native Arab Speaker;<\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication skills in English (must be articulate);<\/li>\n

  • Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n

    education & qualifications:<\/p>\n

    • Master\u2019s or Doctorate level qualification in Clinical or Counselling Psychology<\/li>\n
    • Specialized training and minimum of 3 years of work experience for Doctorate and 5 years for Master\u2019s level, including at least 1 year of experience in working with people with eating disorders<\/li>\n
    • Dubai Health Authority (DHA) or Community Development Authority (CDA) licensable<\/li>\n
    • Qualification from UK\/ USA\/ Western Europe\/ Australia would be preferred<\/li>\n
