• Receive and dispatch orders from the plant for products and goods.<\/li>\n
• Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.<\/li>\n
• Provide employees with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements.<\/li>\n
• Ensures that all items to be taken out of the Warehouse are accurate, complete and existing based on documents.<\/li>\n
• Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions with the direct manager. <\/li>\n
• Provides assurance that the items taken out of the Warehouse matched the documents provided and issues and concerns encountered are properly accounted for and reported on time.<\/li>\n
• Assists in implementation and compliance monitoring of safety related projects;<\/li>\n
• Manage all important documents such as advanced shipping notice, picking slips, bills of lading etc.<\/li>\n
• Perform any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
