• Drive engagement initiatives as per calendar<\/li>\n
• Audit Reporting lines on Drive, launching requisitions and carrying out JIRA request to create new title or advise cost centre split to payroll<\/li>\n
• Assist in onboarding newcomers, announcement \/ schedule etc.<\/li>\n
• Follow up with competence centres when required<\/li>\n
• Calendar invites and brand level coordination for engagement activities including birthdays, townhalls, team gatherings, etc.<\/li>\n
• Creating draft presentations for townhalls and recognition slides<\/li>\n
• Compiling and sharing reports as requested<\/li>\n
• Running surveys\/ feedback on activities conducted and share results<\/li>\n
• Research and share best practices in people practices<\/li>\n
• Coordinating with senior stakeholders on People related matter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
