Successful implementation of the CAA Music Curriculum across Grades 9-12 and are required to do the following:<\/p>\n

• Deliver the curriculum according to 21st century teaching and learning principles<\/li>\n
• Model and support a learner-centred, hands-on classroom environment that promotes learner engagement and participation<\/li>\n
• Gain an understanding of working with Arab youth<\/li>\n
• Create a positive, active, and creative learning environment that allows learners to express themselves through Music<\/li>\n
• Promote and organize student exhibition opportunities<\/li>\n
• Support the learning process by identifying needs and guiding students to achieve their learning objectives<\/li>\n
• Ensure assessments are delivered according to the assessment strategy and guidelines, in a valid and rigorous manner<\/li>\n
• Maintain an accurate record of student achievement and performance<\/li>\n
• Create positive and effective relationships with colleagues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualifications: <\/p>\n

  • Male\/Female, 45 years old and below<\/li>\n
  • Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Music ; PGCE (or equivalent) in Secondary Education with a focus on Music<\/li>\n
  • Must have Teaching Qualification and Teaching License<\/li>\n
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching experience (Grade 9-12)<\/li>\n
  • Must be well-versed in the discipline of visual arts<\/li>\n
  • Must have certificate of proficiency (IELTS), a score of IELTS 7 Academic \/ 7.5 General (with a minimum of 6.5 in each skill); if IELTS certificate is not available, candidate will be subjected for a free EmSAT test provided by the company for one time, test score must be minimum of 1600<\/li>\n
  • Excellent skills English language (oral and written) <\/li>\n
