What You\u2019ll Be Doing:<\/p>\n

\n
• Reviews and coordinates project-related payments, i.e. payment certificates and invoices for contractors and consultants as assigned by the Lead or Senior QS.<\/li>\n
• Supports the monitoring and updating of the financial report status of construction contracts and consultancy agreements that will be issued regularly.<\/li>\n
• Prepares and updates the monthly the cash flow expenditures and budget forecast for specific packages for review and approval by the Senior Cost\/QS Engineer.<\/li>\n
• Supports the review and\/or preparation of variation orders as assigned by the Lead Cost\/QS Engineer.<\/li>\n
• Reviews contractor\u2019s cost proposals and engineer\u2019s recommendations.<\/li>\n
• Reviews and\/or prepare cost impact of revisions or changes in design as required and prepares checks of the consultants\u2019 estimates.<\/li>\n
• Supports the tender process and financial evaluation of bids as required.<\/li>\n
• Reviews and comments on BOQs for proposed design changes prepared by others.<\/li>\n
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate under the direction of the Lead or Senior Cost\/QS Engineer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
