\u2022 Assigning territories and managing schedules of Beauty associates.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Manage retail initiatives, activities, and representatives in the UAE mainly Abu Dhabi and Alain regions.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Manage sellout and targets in OR and IR channels as per quarterly plans.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Manage Beauty Associate\u2019s and field force agencies throughout UAE.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Responsible for retail stores plan executions in the UAE.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Undertake market visits and check spots to identify gaps related to POSM, Branding, Knowledge, stocks in the<\/p>\n
store, slow moving SKU\u2019s, effective and ineffective offers, and promotions.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Generating reports that highlight the strengths and weaknesses of each Beauty associate <\/p>\n
\u2022 Providing training programs to Beauty associates to ensure they can perform their duties effectively.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Maintaining all field rules and responsibilities<\/p>\n
\u2022 Responding to all on-call tasks and supporting the Beauty associates under your supervision.<\/p>\n
