As Director for our Data and IoT Business your responsibility will be to provide leadership and clear strategic direction for all aspects of the Data & IoT business offering various services across: Data & AI areas like Data Strategy & Consulting, Data Governance, Data Engineering (includes Data Management, Analytics & BI) AI & Machine Learning Digital Twin and IoT enabled solutions.
Your Responsibilities<\/p>\n

• Assist the Chief Digital Services Executive in the development and implementation of Digital services strategy and gamut of Data & IoT activities.<\/li>\n
• Collaborate with strategic partners to develop a Go To Market (GTM) for Data services like Data & AI areas like Data Strategy & Consulting, Data Governance, Data Engineering (includes Data Management, Analytics & BI) AI & Machine Learning Digital Twin and IoT enabled solutions<\/li>\n
• Liaise with the stakeholders to assimilate information, conduct analysis, and recommend new and suitable solutions for existing and potential clients<\/li>\n
• Ensure complete understanding of customer requirements before and during project execution<\/li>\n
• To ensure the projects are completed within pre decided budget and timelines<\/li>\n
• Review and approve the proposal and costing for all opportunities or RFP responses<\/li>\n
• Review and approve the scope of work for assigned contracts and statements of work, work breakdown structures, task estimates, and specific tasks and milestones to implement in undertaken projects.<\/li>\n
• Review activities required in the project deliverable to develop and present high level overview of the project approach, costs, resources, and coordinate mitigation for identified issues and risks<\/li>\n
• Ensure projects\/clients are well resourced and fulfil the new projects requirements skills.<\/li>\n
• Ensure the culture is aligned to the overall culture and way of working of the organization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Your Qualifications<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Overall, 10 to 15+ years of relevant experience with a global: Data & IoT \/ AI service provider, Technology delivery \/ Solutions provider or System Integrators<\/li>\n
  • Need to have prior relevant Data & IoT services experience across sectors and in managing large and complex government services business<\/li>\n
  • University degree in Analytics, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration with specialization in Information Technology from a recognized university. Professional Certification in AI Services Delivery, Service delivery management is preferable<\/li>\n
  • Minimum of 5-6+ years of experience managing P&L and\/or managing large Data & IoT services business<\/li>\n
  • Proven experience as director and other managerial positions with strong understanding of Data & IoT services business and growing the same aggressively, understanding of present challenges & opportunities for the Data & IoT services.<\/li>\n
  • Data Strategy & Consulting – focus on developing D&A visions, strategies, operating models, or architectures in the context of the overall objectives and strategy of the organization<\/li>\n
  • Data Governance – focus on the development and deployment of D&A governance structures, processes, methodologies, or tools<\/li>\n
  • Data management – Implementation of, and\/or ongoing provision of solutions that describe, organize, integrate, share, and govern data in one or more data management systems<\/li>\n
  • AI & Machine Learning – Implementation of and\/or ongoing provision of services for AI, ML, and sophisticated quantitative methods<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
