Work very closely with Transport Management system implementation team and Stakeholder for the implementation of the Transport Management within Al Futtaim Logistics.<\/li>\n
Responsible for the efficient planning and performance of all transport movements. <\/li>\n
Super-user able to understand and train the trainer program. Train the key trainer within AFL. First point of contact for any system issue \/ planning<\/li>\n
Supervision of daily movements recording for tracking and billing purpose. Maintain all required information in new system (correctly and on time) inc. timing, driver and vehicle allocation, rates.<\/li>\n
Analysis of trip information, fleet efficiency and vehicle running costs and the optimisation thereof. <\/li>\n
Enable management to reduce drivers and vehicles idling time and drivers over time up to necessary minimum. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
