Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Proactively network and identify candidates for the open positions.<\/li>\n
Review applications, evaluate qualifications of external candidates, conduct pre-screen interviews to analyze candidate experience and fit, coordinate pre-employment tests as needed, and develop a short list of potential candidates.<\/li>\n
Present fully-screened qualified candidates in a timely manner and coordinate interviews.<\/li>\n
Manage candidate interview results and provide candidate feedback on interview results.<\/li>\n
Track applicant effectively and maintain pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration, help collect and analyze recruitment data.<\/li>\n
Build and maintain database of qualified candidates for future positions<\/li>\n
Be able to conduct informational interviews with potential candidates.<\/li>\n
Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced, high volume environment.<\/li>\n
Demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships with team.<\/li>\n
Cross-cultural sensitivity, knowledge of and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.<\/li>\n
