We are currently looking for Business Development Executive to join our team and to work with ALF Vehicle Rentals team. <\/p>\n

What you will do:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Maximise all lease and car rental opportunities to bring profitable corporate business for AVR <\/p>\n
\u2022 Support the Business Development Manager in sales strategies, targets and sales performance so that profitability, growth and revenue targets are met or exceeded.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Support the Business Development Manager by providing the required reports and information\u2019s as per the business needs. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Supervising, coaching and training the sales team on their daily role. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Build strong and effective account management relationships with all customers<\/p>\n
\u2022 Win new customers from building own prospect base through proactive prospecting techniques including cold calling<\/p>\n
\u2022 Develop customer relationships to enhance profit levels and penetration of services <\/p>\n
\u2022 Plan and implement customer retention and relationship development <\/p>\n
\u2022 Contribute to formulation of policy and strategy within the sales and marketing function <\/p>\n
\u2022 Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems as required by the Line Manager on a periodic basis<\/p>\n
\u2022 Work closely with accounts and collections team to ensure debts are minimised <\/p>\n
\u2022 Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, whilst protecting and developing the company's brands via suitable PR activities and own presentation.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field <\/p>\n
\u2022 Minimum 3 years sales management experience<\/p>\n
\u2022 (5) years GCC experience in Sales and Business Development <\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong English communication skills; reading, writing and speaking <\/p>\n
