Job Description
For our team in Sharjah, UAE, we are looking for somebody who promotes and specifies our brands\/products to specifiers (architects\/consultants\/developers etc). Focus will be on projects and clients in UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Customers: <\/p>\n

\n
• Acquire new and maintain existing project clients. <\/li>\n
• Build strong relations to key account clients. <\/li>\n
• Categorize clients according to potential and decision-making power. <\/li>\n
• Build up customer database for project clients. <\/li>\n
• Support influencers in specification process <\/li>\n
• Provide all technical information and submit specification documents <\/li>\n
• Coordinate with regional distributor to provide commercial offers. <\/li>\n
• Ensure clients are equipped with latest marketing collateral <\/li>\n
• Define needs of customers and inform management about the market specific requirements <\/li>\n
• Convince clients about brand\/product USP's and ensure we are specified in all projects. <\/li>\n
• Train and inform local distributor and project clients regularly. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Willing to take brand responsibility <\/li>\n
  • Launch new products <\/li>\n
  • 1 to 1 visit <\/li>\n
  • Provide samples and marketing collateral <\/li>\n
  • Carry out trainings and seminars for distributor and project clients. <\/li>\n
  • Develop main sales arguments per products according to local requirements. <\/li>\n
  • Define the product gaps in the assortment and put requirements forward to the Management and \/ or Technical Department <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Screen the project market <\/p>\n

    • Volume of Project <\/li>\n
    • Type of Project (Hotel, Residential, etc) <\/li>\n
    • Number of bathrooms <\/li>\n
    • Price Tier <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Follow up regularly with involved parties and decision makers
      Maintain continuously a project list.
      Inform Management about market potential
      Create link between distributor and project client, when it comes to the commercial offer.
      Market:
      Benchmark competition on products, prices, marketing tools etc.
