Job Description<\/p>\n

* Define system components overlapping with the design stage<\/p>\n

* Negotiating requirements resolving problems with conflicting requirements (stakeholders, requirements against resources, or functional and non-functional)<\/p>\n

* Has experience in CRS\/ BRS and SRS writing.<\/p>\n

* Validate requirements by reviewing the required documents and make sure they describe the correct software and get the client\u2019s approval on them.<\/p>\n

* Prepare technical proposal based on Tender requirements.<\/p>\n

* Assist in defining the project scope and objectives.<\/p>\n

* Represent the company as required at meetings with customers and partners to demonstrate proposed solutions.<\/p>\n

• Bachelor in Computer Science or Computer Engineering<\/li>\n
• A senior business analyst with 5+ years of experience.<\/li>\n
• 2+ years of experience as a software tester or developer.<\/li>\n
• 1+ years of Agile hands-on practice.<\/li>\n
• Good understanding of product development methodologies, Proven experience of building products from scratch.<\/li>\n
• Able to conduct market research, understand competitors and derive a business edge for products in research.<\/li>\n
• Good understanding of cryptography principles.<\/li>\n
• Good negotiation skills.<\/li>\n
• Ability to interact with different teams in multiple languages and cultures.<\/li>\n
• Ability to maintain good relationships with customers and team.<\/li>\n
• Very good English speaking and writing skills.<\/li>\n
• Experience in handling changes\/ updates on software products.<\/li>\n
• Experience presenting the requirements using models (workflow diagram, flowcharts, BPMN).<\/li>\n
• Experience in requirements management in source control (MS TFS, JIRA).<\/li>\n
