• Studying and analyzing customer behavior and surveys results.<\/li>\n
• Monitoring the building process of end-to-end customer journey maps for all products and services, along with continuous monitoring of the journeys.<\/li>\n
• Supervising and participating in identifying customers\u2019 banking needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.<\/li>\n
• Continues evaluation of new products, services, and any initiative related to customers, before launching.<\/li>\n
• Participate in digital and non-digital retail projects<\/li>\n

  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related.<\/li>\n

  • Excellent oral and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.<\/li>\n
