Our Client
An established real estate investment business based in Dubai are looking to hire a Financial Analyst to join their team.
Your Responsibilities<\/p>\n

\n
• Working closely with both the Asset Management and Finance teams, you will prepare annual budgets and business forecasts<\/li>\n
• Monitoring of Budget v\/s actual and do variance analyses and performance gap assessment month wise for each property and share with relevant stakeholders<\/li>\n
• Prepare and update strategic business plans, financial and business models and forecasts for various purposes<\/li>\n
• Conduct sensitivity analyses and impact assessment of various scenarios and business opportunities including Asset Acquisition and Disposal<\/li>\n
• Prepare business models and investment memorandum for project and asset being evaluated for acquisition and\/or sale \/ divestment<\/li>\n
• Preparation of Cash flows forecasts<\/li>\n
• Assist with treasury and banking relationship management and assist to put in a process to regularly monitor Loan Covenants for all banking and other contractual arrangements<\/li>\n
• Preparation of Monthly MIS and forecasts with Asset Management team for each property. You will also work towards automation of the monthly MIS reports with IT team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Your Qualifications<\/p>\n

  \n
  • You will have a professional accounting qualification (CPA\/CMA\/ACCA) or CFA.<\/li>\n
  • At least 3-5 years previous experience in a similar FP&A role performing a range of financial analysis and MIS duties<\/li>\n
  • Experience within Real Estate\/Asset Management or a Financial Services related company is desirable<\/li>\n
  • Confidence in interacting with multiple stakeholders such as business managers, property managers, vendors , bankers and finance professionals etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
