Job Description
Assist the manager in the company's new business development, M&A and divestment initiatives
internationally to screen, initiate, negotiate, structure and execute Oil and Gas deals (and potentially
energy transition projects) in line with the vision, mission and strategy of company
Participate in the overall transaction workflow and manage parts of the deal process: origination,
screening, evaluation, structuring, execution and closing
Participate in the implementation of post-transaction integration (e.g., re-organization, financing in
case of acquisition \/ merger, and follow-on, performance tracking in case of IPO etc.)
The [Senior] Associate in the NBD team serves in the heart of a deal, and may be given meaningful
responsibility in project managing
Profile Description
4-5 years of experience in the E&P industry and \/ or NBD and corporate M&A, (6-7 total experience)
Skills:
Strong economic analysis and financial modeling skills
Experience in leading NBD \/ M&A projects and multi-functional transaction teams <\/p>\n
