Our client is founded by the Saudi government to bring all communities together and develop all sectors and fields with innovative solutions. The organization generates over $24 million in sales and has over 850 companies and 700 employees.
They are currently looking for a Commissioning Manager to be based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.
Duties & Responsibilities: <\/p>\n

\n
• Implementing best practices through standard processes and procedures, and deep collaboration with functional management and similar ongoing projects around the world.<\/li>\n
• Sequencing of major dynamic test phases of the project and supporting the planning effort of the backwards pass schedule.<\/li>\n
• Leading the development and implementation of an integrated testing and commissioning schedule for projects.<\/li>\n
• Ensuring the appropriate logic and sequencing of integrated testing between contractors is understood and built into governing plans and procedures.<\/li>\n
• Develop an appropriate oversight program for ensuring a quality field execution by contractors.<\/li>\n
• Organise and lead a team to implement the programs and processes developed during the development phase and oversee the contractors performance during testing, commissioning and handover.<\/li>\n
• Developing effective relationships with each contractor's testing and commissioning managers to establish a collaborative and supportive environment for the conduct of integrated testing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualification & Requirements:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Recognized degree in a scientific discipline<\/li>\n
  • Progressive work experience including supervisory \/ managerial experience<\/li>\n
  • A minimum of 8 years experience in the same or similar role <\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of industry and regulatory standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
