Monitors running condition of all filling and packing equipment and accessories and coordinates with maintenance regarding preventive maintenance and repair works.<\/li>\n
Ensure availability of manpower for smooth filling and packing operations.<\/li>\n
Conducts regular inspection in the filling and packaging areas to ensure that all staff is conforming to the standard hygiene and sanitation requirements.<\/li>\n
Ensures that all activities related to filling and packaging, storage of edible oil products and PET bottles, caps and handles production are in compliance to the specified procedures, work instructions, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & 22000 \/ HACCP guidelines, Egyptian Food Safety policy.<\/li>\n
Responsible for the maintenance of good housekeeping and cleanliness in all areas of production and ensures that all filling and packing equipment and accessories are kept clean.<\/li>\n
Monitors and inspects all routine in-process control procedures performed by the operators and checks all logbooks and checklists for prompt recording of data.<\/li>\n
Prepares the employee timesheets and other reports as required by the filling and packing manager.<\/li>\n
Monitors the supply of consumables of the department and prepares Purchase Requisition as demand necessary.<\/li>\n
