GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION<\/p>\n

Key accountabilities and decision ownership. <\/p>\n

o Responsible for creating all aspects of EBU PR's process from creation to good receipting, following up with stake holders, liaising with SCM & Finance as required .<\/p>\n

o Responsible for following up with SCM for creating PO's.<\/p>\n

o Maintaining database of all PR's, PO's & GRN for tracking purpose<\/p>\n

o Preparation of all GTA related documentation including proposal, bid and performance bonds, clarifications a tender acquisition<\/p>\n

o Preparation of CRA related submissions to comply with customer contract reporting<\/p>\n

Provide additional support within the team as required<\/p>\n
