A new opportunity has come up with a well-known institution in Dubai. Our client is looking for a well experienced Senior Sales Analyst who will responsible for for ideating and executing strategic, analytical, and operational projects designed to increase profit, productivity, and accelerate sales performance. Other responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n

\n
• Working closely with Sales, Product and Engineering teams, your role will broadly involve:<\/li>\n
• Full ownership of overall sales strategy and its fit with the organizational goals and product delivery roadmap<\/li>\n
• Lead process improvements and collaborate cross departments to ensure firm-wide optimal resource utilization<\/li>\n
• Design incentive structures that represent business objectives and establish KPIs to monitor and track progress on these objectives<\/li>\n
• Benchmark team, team lead, and individual performance to optimally segment sales territory ownerships<\/li>\n
• Deep dive into data flow from product and sales channels to recognize and leverage improvement opportunities based on industry best practices<\/li>\n
• Monitor business trends, conduct root cause analyses, and dynamically adapt sales process to maximize profit<\/li>\n
• Ensure the CRM systems stay in line with the business objectives, fully capturing business critical information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements
  To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Bachelors degree in an Engineering, Maths or Science based course from a top tier university<\/li>\n
  • MBA with at least 1 year of relevant business experience, an investment banking or consulting company background would be a plus<\/li>\n
  • International experience acquired through internships or study abroad<\/li>\n
  • Fluency in English<\/li>\n
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team, and to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n
  • Intellectual curiosity and strategic thinking, together with a willingness to roll-up sleeves and execute the detailed work<\/li>\n
  • Good understanding of UI\/UX and KPI measurement is desirable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
