Our Client
Our client is a leading bank in Dubai and they are looking to hire FOUR Scrum Masters on 6 month Extendable contracts, based out of Dubai.
Your Responsibilities<\/p>\n

\n
• Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile\/Scrum practices and values to delight customers<\/li>\n
• Guiding the team on how to get the most out of self-organization<\/li>\n
• Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving<\/li>\n
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information Excellent planner who can plan 2-3 steps ahead of the team and surface hidden risks 2-3 levels deep within the team.<\/li>\n
• Establish strong relationships with stakeholders \/ product owners to understand strategic, tactical and operational challenges in Business units, define technology solutions to address and arrive solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Your Qualifications<\/p>\n

  • Domain (Banking\/ Financial) : 5+ Years<\/li>\n
  • Overall Experience : 7 + Years<\/li>\n
  • Excellent leadership skills and enjoys teaching \/ mentoring others<\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior client business and IT executives on transforming towards agile<\/li>\n
  • Prince\/PMP Certified<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
