Key Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

• Repair all the mechanical parts of Rudder & Propeller, including propeller blades.<\/li>\n
• Conduct necessary balancing to Rudder & Propeller.<\/li>\n
• Conduct polishing to propellers.<\/li>\n
• Carryout bedding to rudder & propeller and gouging.<\/li>\n
• Operate Cherry Pickers as required in order to support all mechanical operations.<\/li>\n
• Service Blohm and Voss seal<\/li>\n
• Maintain good working relationship with workers, appointed foreman, supervisors and management.<\/li>\n
• Perform duties of a Foreman as required \/ appointed for individual projects.<\/li>\n
• Attend any training for any activity required by the department.<\/li>\n
• Ensure materials are of required standard prior to use, reporting damages when required.<\/li>\n
• Work within allocated timescale to meet department targets.<\/li>\n
• Maintain good housekeeping in all work areas.<\/li>\n
• Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualification \/ Experience & Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Secondary school <\/li>\n
  • I.T.I., Industrial\/vocational training<\/li>\n
  • Minimum 2 years of experience<\/li>\n
  • Read and understand technical drawings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
