Tele-caller Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

• Calling active owners to encourage their property for listing and rental.<\/li>\n
• Studying the details of each property, location, type, offer, and rent option<\/li>\n
• Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.<\/li>\n
• Noting important details of each conversation<\/li>\n
• Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our broker\/sales team for closing.<\/li>\n
• Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close the deals<\/li>\n
• Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.<\/li>\n
• Conducting your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.<\/li>\n
• Answer questions about service or the company<\/li>\n
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales<\/li>\n
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner<\/li>\n
• Go the \u201cextra mile\u201d to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Completion of a sales-relate<\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n
  • Excellent knowledge of English<\/li>\n
  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales\/customer service role<\/li>\n
