\u00b7Understand business requirements and procure products and services at the right: price, quality, time, location and quantity<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Acting as the primary contact with suppliers<\/p>\n
\u00b7Proceed and manage all steps of the BQMS process on timely manner for all marketing and non-marketing activities for all country offices (Jordan, Lebanon and Iraq) in addition to the Research Office in Jordan<\/p>\n
\u00b7Maintain a vendor pool of competitive vendors and Manage suppliers relationship according to Samsung rules and regulations <\/p>\n
\u00b7Negotiate with vendors whenever needed to reach fair prices (Win – Win situation)<\/p>\n
\u00b7Vendor Performance evaluation (on quarterly basis) to evaluate the performance of the vendors and take the needed actions<\/p>\n
\u00b7Manage vendor selection and choose the right vendor who can execute the activities or deliver the goods within feasible cost and acceptable quality on a timely manner in coordination with the technical PICs<\/p>\n
\u00b7Holding pre meetings with vendors and pilot sessions to make sure that candidate vendor understand each project when required in coordination with the technical PICs<\/p>\n
\u00b7Ensure 100% compliance with the procurement process and procedures<\/p>\n
\u00b7Work closely with the PICs to ensure clear specifications and requirements are provided by the time of bidding including the review of Bill of Quantities [BOQ] , briefs, RFP documents for all jobs<\/p>\n
Facilitates across all parties the timely resolution of issues that could impact meeting the needs of the requestors<\/p>\n
