Our Client is looking to hire a Production Supervisor who will maximize productivity while ensuring high quality and adherence to safety protocols and best practices. Responsibilities are –

<br \/>- Set daily\/weekly\/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
<br \/>- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
<br \/>- Oversee and coach employees
<br \/>- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
<br \/>- Check production output according to specifications
<br \/>- Submit reports on performance and progress
<br \/>- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
<br \/>- Train new employees on how to use machinery safely and follow procedures
<br \/>- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
<br \/>- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

<br \/>- Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage
