Electrical Supervisor
Qualification :ITI, Diploma in Electrical or Equivalen
Experience :Should have Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in construction Industry (Gulf Experience preferred)<\/p>\n

1. He should have the ability to Review electrical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes.<\/li>\n
2. Should be well through of all electrical drawings including coordination and RCP.<\/li>\n
3. He should review the require material list whether it is correctly taken from the approved drawings.<\/li>\n
4. Assign job tasks and work as per electrical project schedules.<\/li>\n
5. Review all electrical drawings with foreman performing on assigned jobs to them.<\/li>\n
6. Inspect to check whether the execution is as per the plan by the foreman.<\/li>\n
7. Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.<\/li>\n
8. Recruit, guide, train, monitor and transfer assigned employees as required.<\/li>\n
9. Recommend effective solutions specified particular weight related to employment status of employees.<\/li>\n
10. Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different electrical projects.<\/li>\n
11. Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedules.<\/li>\n
12. Develop electrical expenditures priority and equipment and appliance maintenance procedures.<\/li>\n
13. Develop electrical material and labor forecasts.<\/li>\n
14. Train and inform employees about new work procedures.<\/li>\n
15. Provide information on modification on work policies, safety regulations, electrical codes and specifications.<\/li>\n
16. Review new project plans and inspect to ensure compliance with current electrical codes and maintenance<\/li>\n
17. Support engineer in site related issues related to modification and necessary changes which require prior approval before the installation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
