Job Description<\/h2>\n

\tAnalyzing technical drawings, interpreting specifications, and determining the electrical requirements of a given project.
Liaising with other engineers and clients to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Coordination with Main Contractor to Plan activities for Site.
Preparing Complete Shop drawings and follow up with main contractor and Consultant for approval.
Preparing of Load schedule and Load calculation.
Solving issues with consultant and main contractor regarding submittals.
Raising RFI for any discrepancy or lack of information from Authority Approved Drawings.
Arranging manpower in coordination with Project Manager.
Good knowledge about Electrical systems (Power, Lighting, BMS, CCTV, Audio
intercom, Access control, Fire alarm and voice evacuation, Central Battery system,
Lighting Control etc.) from Engineering to site execution on site.
Managing and monitoring all assigned electrical projects.
Ensuring health and safety codes are obeyed at all times.
Making sure Availability of materials on site.
Completing quality assurance on all electrical components and projects and writing up reports.
Analyzing and approving various construction and engineering plans.
Diagnosing problems and troubleshooting equipment.
Ensuring all deadlines and budgetary requirements are met.
Keeping abreast of the latest developments in electrical engineering.
Requirements:
BS degree in electrical engineering or similar.
You must have 5-8 Years of relevant experience in MEP industry
Experience in project management.
Experience with CAD software and MS Office.
A sound understanding of health and safety regulations.
A valid driver's license.
Ability to make decisions under pressure.
Excellent time management and diagnostic skills.
Ability to work in a team and always remain professional.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary : AED 7000 8000 <\/p>\n
