Our Client
A high growth tech firm in the region have an exciting newly created opportunity for a Head of Finance Operations to join their finance team based in Dubai.
Your Responsibilities<\/p>\n

\n
• Managing entire finance operations function for the group, which include receivables, payables, billing, banking, audit management, monthly report finalization, audit finalization and all other accounting related activities<\/li>\n
• Oversee monthly financial closing and year end reporting, including group consolidations<\/li>\n
• Responsible for audits and all related reports<\/li>\n
• Ensuring tax compliance and reporting across the group and the regional subsidiaries across the GCC<\/li>\n
• Manage, guide and assist team to perform operations in accordance with set policies and procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Your Qualifications<\/p>\n

  \n
  • 10+ years of experience in a accounting, financial operations or related areas<\/li>\n
  • ICT or professional services industry experience is preferred<\/li>\n
  • Good experience in Auditing and managing stakeholders<\/li>\n
  • Good experience and understanding of professional services or ICT business with hands-on working experience on tasks<\/li>\n
  • CPA or relevant certification (specific to country) is Must<\/li>\n
  • Experience with taxation requirements in the Middle East<\/li>\n
  • Experience in the Big 4 and a high growth tech company is an advantage, but not essential<\/li>\n
  • Arabic speaker is essential for this role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
