Role Summary: <\/strong><\/p>\n

Purchasing & Warehouse Manager is responsible for developing purchasing strategies, maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, coordinating with team regarding supply needs , also maintaining high performance of the warehouse\u2019s storage and ensure that all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed according to schedule & company polices & procedures.<\/p>\n

Main Rules & Tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n

• Manage and lead the purchasing process and ensure the implementation of procurement standards and policies.<\/li>\n
• Direct, manage and supervise the process of receiving and delivery to avoid any errors that can lead to material losses or expired materials.<\/li>\n
• Schedule delivers and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.<\/li>\n
• Create an inventory level system for all items and materials used in the stores.<\/li>\n
• Maintain and implement inventory control polices & procedures.<\/li>\n
• Track and update the company's inventory by analyzing operational performance and solving problems for all branches.<\/li>\n
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that all processes (such as shipping and delivery) meet quality and safety standards.<\/li>\n
• Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to create effective business plans.<\/li>\n
• Monitor logistics (warehouse, central kitchen) to ensure it runs smoothly.<\/li>\n
• Ensure that warehouse operation meet legal requirements and standards.<\/li>\n
• Ensure to deal with the right supplier by evaluating suppliers based on quality, timeliness and price & compare suppliers pricing and services.<\/li>\n
• Communicate and negotiate with supplier for prices & contracts.<\/li>\n
• Build & maintain positive relationships with suppliers.<\/li>\n
• Find an alternative supplier for each product.<\/li>\n
• Guarantees many quotes and selection of the best price\/quality.<\/li>\n
• Follow up purchase orders with suppliers and deal with any differences between order and delivery.<\/li>\n
• Follow up and resolve any payment issue with all suppliers.<\/li>\n
• Maintain supplier data and supplier lists (database) and ensure that there is more than one supplier per product.<\/li>\n
• Ensure the provision of all stores materials, food and beverages, packaging, silverware materials and dishes.<\/li>\n
• Constantly monitor inventory in warehouses and central kitchen.<\/li>\n
• Constantly update quotes for all food and beverage menu and their material needs for all stores.<\/li>\n
• Communicate with all stores departments to solve order problems.<\/li>\n
• Quality reviews and evaluation of samples of materials used in the stores.<\/li>\n
• Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock.<\/li>\n
• Establish warehouse Polices to achieve an efficient warehouse operations.<\/li>\n
• Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
