POSITION OBJECTIVE<\/p>\n

The job holder will be responsible for recruitment management and administrative support in the Concept and Retail<\/p>\n

DO \u2014 Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n

1. Manpower & Recruitment Planning<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Support the Line Manager in preparing the annual manpower acquisition plan and bugdet<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Support the Line Manager in deciding the priority recruitment channels for the Concept and Retail.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Prepare a recruitment Future database for the Concept\/Retail and feed into the central database <\/p>\n

2.Recruitment Administration <\/p>\n

\u00b7 Assist in releasing recruitment advertisement<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Compile CVs for review by department managers\/functional heads within Concept \/Retail<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Coordinate with local recruitment agencies and other preferred recruitment channels<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Conduct pre screening of submitted CVs and shortlist candidates <\/p>\n

\u00b7 Coordinate and schedule Recruitment Interviews<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Interface with candidates for documents and visa process<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Maintain & Track the progress of the process from the date of recruitment to the date of joining<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Coordinate with line managers for interviews and collect feedback for interviewed candidates<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Co-ordinate with selected candidates for collecting necessary documents viz. passport, Original Bachelor\u2019s Degree Etc<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Ensure smooth joining of the prospective candidate.<\/p>\n
