POSITION REPORT TO: SUPERVISOR, SR. QA SPECIALIST \/ QUALITY MANAGER<\/p>\n

DESCRIPTION OF JOB TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Conducts Quality surveillance, audits and inspections IAW the company\u2019s Quality Management<\/p>\n

Plan (QMP).<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Generates surveillance, audits and inspection checklist based on Contract\u2019s requirements, to<\/p>\n

include PWS incorporated references: NFPA, NEC, UFC, etc.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Performs and interprets Risk Analysis, Pareto Analysis, and Trend Analysis.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Assists the Annexes\u2019 Functional Area Managers (FAM) in developing Standard Operating<\/p>\n

Procedures (SOP) and other required procedural documents.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Communicates with the USG Performance Assessments Representatives (PAR) in resolving<\/p>\n

Quality-related issues. Provides recommendations and guidance to the FAMs to meet the<\/p>\n

performance standards and objectives of the Contract.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Develops Flow Charts, Performance Measures, and Data Tables.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Drafts Process Improvement Procedures and implements Plans.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Generates, submits and files Project Quality documentation and reports.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Oversees Annex Quality Control (QC) activities and operations.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Assists the Quality Manager (QM) in the overall execution of the QMP.<\/p>\n

BASIC JOB QUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Must pass overseas medical screening and be in good health.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Must have valid driver\u2019s license.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Must be able to speak and compose comprehensible, concise English in a professional business<\/p>\n

standard.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Must have the ability to liaise with personnel at all levels including management.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Having knowledge of ISO Quality Management Standards & Principles is preferable.<\/p>\n
