What You'll Be Doing:<\/p>\n

• Develops planning and design criteria for scope documents, and using acquired knowledge and skills, develops the scope of planning activities and support required for projects.<\/li>\n
• Determines the assumptions, methods and procedures to be used in urban planning, and consults with the Project Manager when necessary.<\/li>\n
• Prepares original conceptual, preliminary and final urban development plans and site layouts and supporting documents, maps and plans for development projects and master plans.<\/li>\n
• Works in conjunction with other discipline groups in the preparation of master plans.<\/li>\n
• Undertakes detailed planning and design efforts, and monitors project progress to ensure conformance to budget and work plans.<\/li>\n
• Undertakes the preparation of reports and other presentation material related to planning studies and projects, and participates in presentation when necessary.<\/li>\n
• Assists in the coordination of the activities other project groups or functional disciplines and outside consultant to ensure proper integration of phases of work and to determine special requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
