• Handle schedule rotation of team members<\/li>\n
• Supervise daily operation specially cleanliness, SOPs, attendance, and performance of the team<\/li>\n
• Proactively handle customer feedback, compliment and or complaint<\/li>\n
• Train and coach, the chefs on live cooking demo style and customer approach<\/li>\n
• Monitor stocks and deliveries for supplies in stock room area<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Should have experience in live cooking<\/li>\n
