  About the role<\/p>\n

  Based in Cairo, Egypt; this is a well-rounded role in public practice. The successful candidate will work with a range of small to medium business clients and will be involved with tasks from start to finish. You will be dealing directly with clients daily; hence excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Arabic and English are essential in this role.<\/p>\n

  Overall, you will be maintaining clients\u2019 set of accounts in Xero, producing IFRS compliant financial statements, ascertaining tax liability and lodging tax returns.<\/p>\n

  You will be required to study Australian Taxation Law and CPA Australia alongside your job.<\/p>\n

  Duties<\/p>\n

  • Preparing financial statements, income tax returns, business activity statements, and fringe benefit returns for all entities and SMSF clients.<\/li>\n
  • Providing written tax and business advice in conjunction with principle.<\/li>\n
  • Producing management reporting packs and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.<\/li>\n
  • You are expected to build relationships with clients where applicable.<\/li>\n
  • Be capable of taking jobs from start to finish and meeting deadlines.<\/li>\n
  • Be concise, have a professional approach and the ability to work in a small team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    About you<\/p>\n

    You are someone who is willing to learn and has a can do attitude. A self-starter who would like to work independently and always bring fresh improvement ideas to the table.<\/p>\n

    Excellent command in English – both written and verbal is a must<\/p>\n

    You have a degree in Accounting or Commerce – English Section and looking to further your study and career.<\/p>\n
