JOB PURPOSE:<\/p>\n

Responsible to secure that the visual expression of the store is in line with the IKEA manuals so the IKEA Concept is fully implemented<\/p>\n

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:<\/p>\n

• Responsible for securing that the visual expression of the store is in line with the IKEA manuals so the IKEA Concept is fully implemented<\/li>\n
• Planning and coordinating the execution of compact, accessory shops, shop windows, activity podiums, perimeter breaks, self-serve, Swedish Food Market and Exit Caf\u00e9 displays in the IKEA.<\/li>\n
• Ensuring the integrity of the IKEA concept and brand by following IKEA manuals to produce functional home furnishing solutions within the store.<\/li>\n
• Ensuring in co-operation with the Visual merchandising leader that functional and inspirational display solutions are in line with running commercial activities.<\/li>\n
• Together with the Sales and In-Store Logistics teams, implementing the projects or daily sales steering activities efficiently with the use of IKEA display solutions, communication and sales methods. <\/li>\n
• Supporting the planning and implementation of the store commercial calendar.<\/li>\n
• Ensuring cost-effective, safe and environmentally friendly display solutions implementation in line with local legislation.<\/li>\n
• Resourcing and maintaining a detailed knowledge of home furnishing solutions within the local market.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:<\/p>\n

    • Degree \/ Diploma in Interior Design, product design, applied arts or Architecture<\/li>\n
    • Has a passion for interior design, home furnishings and design<\/li>\n
    • Good knowledge of market relevance and local market<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n

      Minimum Experience:<\/p>\n

      0-3 years of retail interior design, architectural planning or visual merchandising experience<\/p>\n

      SKILLS<\/p>\n

      Job-Specific Skills:<\/p>\n

      • A proven ability to visualise, design and communicate home furnishing and retail solutions<\/li>\n
      • Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics<\/li>\n
      • Computer proficient with knowledge and experience of using Revit, AutoCad & Sketch up<\/li>\n
      • A proven commitment to high quality execution within limited time frames<\/li>\n
      • A prerequisite for this position is to be able to take the lead in the planning, presentation and implementation of range presentation solutions on retail organisation level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
