Principal Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

Works with business users to define and analyze problems.<\/p>\n

Maintains and manages systems key to the function that is supported.<\/p>\n

Performs systems user support, design and implement new functional systems.<\/p>\n

Considers the implications of business solutions to the current and future environment.<\/p>\n

Acts as subject-matter expert on business processes of assigned area.<\/p>\n

Interfaces with business areas to provide solutions and tools to build and strengthen business processes.<\/p>\n

Understands organizational Knowledge Management framework, tools and technologies.<\/p>\n

Works with leadership to develop and administer reports on application usage and knowledge contributions.
Skills:<\/p>\n

Good knowledge of Tableau\/Power-BI tools.<\/p>\n

Solid understanding of Internal business processes and systems capabilities.<\/p>\n

Ability to develop working relationships with leadership.<\/p>\n

Good knowledge of Knowledge management applications and tools.<\/p>\n

Local and remote networking skills.
Experience:<\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s degree in Management, Business Administration or equivalent with 2 \u2013 5 years of experience<\/p>\n
