Overview of the role:<\/p>\n

The design and estimation of fire fighting, fire alarm and central battery system.<\/p>\n

What you will do:<\/p>\n

\n
• Review the scope of work & tender document in compliance to specification and civil defence requirement.<\/li>\n
• Preparation of bill of quantities, detailed cost estimates and hydraulic calculations<\/li>\n
• Site survey and attending the technical meeting with the client and consultant and raise RFI. <\/li>\n
• Send RFQ for equipment\/materials, suppliers subcontractors & prepare technical evaluation sheet.<\/li>\n
• Participate in Cost Variance analysis and invoices.<\/li>\n
• Review of technical submittal.<\/li>\n
• Providing technical support to sales engineers and other team members regarding the estimation process, assisting project managers and contractors regarding bid analysis.<\/li>\n
• Assisting the design team in developing and reviewing the shop drawings.<\/li>\n
• Keeping track of the latest developments in estimating procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:<\/p>\n

      • Engineering Degree Holder \u2013 Mechanical<\/li>\n
      • Must have Civil Defence Licence<\/li>\n
      • Knowledge of MS Office EXCEL, WORD, PPT etc<\/li>\n
      • Knowledge of NFPA and UAE Fire Code<\/li>\n
      • UAE driving license.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Minimum Experience:<\/p>\n

        Fresh graduate with up to 2 years preferred experience in Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management<\/p>\n
