Duties & Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

• Responsible for the project implementation, primary analysis of client requirements<\/li>\n
• Defining the client business requirements and preparing the reports (BRDs), and then getting sign-off of the BRDs<\/li>\n
• Providing system training to clients. Conducting QA onsite for new development\/modifications related to the project<\/li>\n
• Troubleshooting and helping users in their day-to-day operations during go live phases<\/li>\n
• Establishing and maintaining good relationship with clients by communicating and responding to their queries in a professional and timely manner<\/li>\n
• Working with clients to refine, prioritize and schedule all the technical assistant requests (TARs)<\/li>\n
• Following up with the project manager \/development manager on the timely resolution of the TARs<\/li>\n
• Helping secure client approval on the specification reports. Applying business knowledge to the application and providing necessary information to support the Product Management team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Required Skills & Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  <\/p>\n

  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business\/Commerce\/Banking\/Audit\/Finance from a reputable institute<\/li>\n
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years experience in Banking, Auditing, Investment or Finance<\/li>\n
  • Experience in technology consulting services for the banking industry would definitely be a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
