Position Summary:
Responsible for conducting counter sales transactions including cash sales and open account order pickups; establishing and maintaining good relations with customers by providing prompt and courteous service for all customers; effectively communicating and promoting product lines, services and programs; assisting customers by suggesting additional products related to their sales orders; assisting customers with technical inquires; generating deposits and invoices and reconciling all cash sales daily; maintaining displays for stock items and assisting customers with locating items needed in the counter sales area; ensuring counter area and showroom is stocked and organized.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/p>\n

HS diploma preferred<\/p>\n

General understanding of HVAC supplies preferred.<\/p>\n

Ability to learn and understand the technical aspects of HVAC supplies and products.<\/p>\n

Ability to take initiative; excellent communication and social skills.<\/p>\n

Strong customer service focus; detail-oriented; exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.<\/p>\n

Proficient computer skills.
* Proficiency in Spanish a strong plus.
