Job Description<\/p>\n

Implements and manages Al Asdekaa Quality Policies.<\/p>\n

Assists plant management in developing and implementing plant quality programs and processes<\/p>\n

Maintain appropriate records that support a robust food safety program (e.g., HACCP and pre-requisite programs) and other documentation to support compliance to policies and procedures.<\/p>\n

Conducts effective root cause analysis on food safety and quality issues, implements corrective and preventative actions.<\/p>\n

Implements process control limits and applies in-process corrective actions when needed.<\/p>\n

Control and oversees pest control and HSE programs and serve as liaison with vendor; follows up with sanitation.<\/p>\n

Ensures all lab & QC standard operating policies and procedures are up to date, implemented and followed.<\/p>\n

Oversees accountabilities for all Lab & QC personnel and overall responsibility for all lab work, testing and reporting.<\/p>\n

Review and maintain all product specifications in collaboration with plant Manager.<\/p>\n

Establishes and enforces quality standards and specifications with vendors in collaboration with purchasing, R&D, and corporate quality.<\/p>\n

Manages quality assurance on all final products to ensure its matching with quality standards and governmental set rules and policies, and take the final decision in releasing\/blocking them.<\/p>\n

Release raw and packaging material into the operation after ensuring that analysis results are within the set standards specs.<\/p>\n

Responsible for planning, and managing all of laboratory activities in the factory in respect of raw material & raw milk testing and evaluation, manufacturing quality control production, technical support \u2026 etc.<\/p>\n

Participate in leading, coaching and developing the operating team in the department.<\/p>\n

Ensure health & safety procedures are adopted and communicated to all laboratory employees.<\/p>\n

Other duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements<\/p>\n

Practical experience at the same position for at least 8 years.<\/p>\n

Extensive Knowledge of Dairies, yogurt and cheese Quality Processes & Standards.<\/p>\n

The Ideal Caliber must be familiar with the updated techniques of Quality Management, Quality Standards, Audits Management, Customer Complaints, have an Excellent analytical skill, problem Solving & Customer Focus.<\/p>\n

Alexandria residency.<\/p>\n

Excellent English Language skills.<\/p>\n

Post graduate studies are preferred.<\/p>\n
