  What you will be doing: <\/p>\n

  <\/p>\n

  • Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and menus<\/li>\n
  • Plans, Coordinate, Assign, Oversee and participate as required in the bulk cooking and serving food<\/li>\n
  • Prepare high-quality food according to standardized recipes in the correct portions in a cost-consious manner for a cafeteria<\/li>\n
  • Order cafteria supplies and prepare food orders as needed<\/li>\n
  • Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback<\/li>\n
  • Adhere to and follow ALLSAFE health and safety protocols, ensure all colleagues are trained and held accountable for the set standard.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Your experience and skills include:<\/li>\n
    • Should have at least 3 – 4 years experience as Chef Incharge – Cafeteria for a 5 Star Hotel\/Resort in UAE<\/li>\n
    • Creative and passionate about food and customer service<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment<\/li>\n
    • Should have culinary education background <\/li>\n
    • Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team\n
