- Support the product owner and provide education where needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Requirements<\/h4>\n

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field<\/li>\n
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master role<\/li>\n
- Familiarity with software development<\/li>\n
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)<\/li>\n
- Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability<\/li>\n
- Scrum master certification is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
