Sales Support to the Sales Team who are involved in promoting Quality Interior Products with Leading Design\/Architectural Firms, Corporate and High-end Residential Customers
Supporting & Coordinating in the areas of: <\/p>\n

Preparation of quotations\/offers for clients <\/p>\n

Preparation of prequalifications <\/p>\n

Preparation of technical submittals <\/p>\n

Preparation of sampling <\/p>\n

Organizing and scheduling meetings <\/p>\n

Tracking and organizing leads, offers and their required follow-up by sales team <\/p>\n

Organizing and maintaining e-documentation <\/p>\n

Organizing and maintaining catalogs, samples, etc.
Experience, Skills and Character <\/p>\n

Minimum 5 years of general administrative experience in preferably firms active in Interior Design, Contracting and\/or Consulting (related to construction) <\/p>\n
