Job Description<\/p>\n

Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual tax reports.<\/p>\n

Review, prepare & submit all taxes including salaries tax, VAT and withholding tax deductions.<\/p>\n

Prepare documents for tax inspections by the taxes authorities (salaries tax, VAT, WHT tax, etc) in regards with tax laws & regulations<\/p>\n

Preparing form No. 41 regarding withholding tax to be delivered and paid on-time to Tax authorities.<\/p>\n

Ensure and review VAT (Value-Added Tax) on company expenses to ensure alignment with updated laws and regulations.<\/p>\n

Review tax calculates according to prescribed rates, laws, and regulations by required deadlines.<\/p>\n

Visit the tax authorities when needed.<\/p>\n

Offer support and guidance during audits.<\/p>\n

Handle tax audits and ensure adequate documentation for tax audits is prepared and stored.<\/p>\n

Provide different tax advice to business units.<\/p>\n

Follow-up latest updates of tax laws and regulations and ensure effective implementation to save the company from any risks.<\/p>\n

Develop all needed reports to be submitted to the direct manager.<\/p>\n

Resolve any conflicts with the tax authorities to save the company from any penalties.<\/p>\n

Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns.
Job Requirements<\/p>\n

3- 5 years of proven work experience as a Tax Accountant, Tax Analyst or Tax Preparer<\/p>\n

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel)<\/p>\n

Experience in E-Tax system<\/p>\n

Experience with ERP \u2013 SAP preferred<\/p>\n

Accomplished Related Taxes courses <\/p>\n

Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate and manage through conflict<\/p>\n

Excellent communication skills. <\/p>\n

Ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information is required.<\/p>\n

Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills<\/p>\n
