• Develops strong customer relationships and supports \u201cImaging modalities\u201d for the customer. Act as Customer Relationship Manager for VIP customers.<\/li>\n
• Actively visit customers to build strong business relationship.<\/li>\n
• Willing to travel extensively within the country as required.<\/li>\n
• Proactively identifies customer needs and develops and implements customer specific solutions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Owns operational processes (Preventative Maintenance completion, Overtime management, NCR, Field Engineer Tool utilization).<\/li>\n
    • Optimizes resources & manpower deployment to achieve OP & productivity targets for product specific business segment. <\/li>\n
    • Leads service delivery, which continuously meets customer expectations. <\/li>\n
    • Leverage internal relationships to enhance business performance and customer experiences.<\/li>\n
    • Promotes a safe working environment and ensures compliance with applicable EHS policies and procedures.<\/li>\n
    • Drives change initiatives as required to improve efficiencies and execute on business commitments. Support other modalities in a boundaryless fashion, to help deliver the GE HCS commitment to the business and the customers.<\/li>\n
    • Supports the achievement of the Operating Plans (OP), receivables, past dues.<\/li>\n
    • Enable service sales growth for your territory with strong franchise<\/li>\n
    • Support equipment growth, installation, and wing to wing life cycle with strong franchise<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Required Qualifications:<\/p>\n

        • Bachelor\u2019s degree, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent education with minimum of 10 years of experience<\/li>\n
        • High customer orientation<\/li>\n
        • Demonstrated ability to operate in a complex matrix environment<\/li>\n
        • Prior project or technical leadership experience and exceptional interpersonal skills<\/li>\n
        • Strong customer-service skills with experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and\/or electronic equipment in the Healthcare Industry<\/li>\n
        • Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner<\/li>\n
        • Fluent in English<\/li>\n
        • Proficient in Microsoft Excel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
