Create and implement a strategy to improve the collection of outstanding credit. <\/p>\n

Oversee staff members and ensure the accurate and timely invoicing of customers <\/p>\n

Set payment
collection goals and targets
for the department\/Company <\/p>\n

Implement deadlines for invoicing and payment collection. <\/p>\n

Identify, monitor, and resolve problems affecting the non-payment of invoices while developing positive customer relations and communications. <\/p>\n

Negotiate with customers in cases when non-payment occurs. <\/p>\n

Prepare monthly feedback reports on payment collections. <\/p>\n

Manage and follow-up the collections staff and evaluate their performance on daily basis. <\/p>\n

Master internal relation with related stockholders to address and solve related collection challenges <\/p>\n

Balance good relationship with clients as well as maintain healthy credit balance <\/p>\n

Ensure company documentation of business process starting commercial maintain and support company\u2019s collection rights

Bachelor's degree of commerce. <\/p>\n

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel<\/p>\n
