Job Description<\/p>\n

Handle daily operation with Banks through monitoring the implementation of cash transactions.<\/p>\n

Ensure that all bank transactions recorded & maintained in the ERP system.<\/p>\n

Perform monthly and annual bank reconciliation.<\/p>\n

Process all cash transactions related to deposits, withdrawals & foreign currency exchanges in line with business needs.<\/p>\n

Following up the loan value and make sure the recording matches the bank reconciliation monthly.<\/p>\n

Letter of credit recording and follow up regularly.<\/p>\n

Letter of grantee recording and follow up regularly.<\/p>\n

Follow up the balances of loans, interest receivable and loan repayment installments, matching accounts with the bank, and preparing accounting entries for loans and accrued interest.<\/p>\n

Follow-up, control and review of bank expenses and commissions.<\/p>\n

Make cash flow weekly, updated daily and reported.<\/p>\n

Managing cash flow in and out to maintain positive flow of cash and maintaining cash needs for operations.
Job Requirements<\/p>\n

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting \/ Finance.<\/p>\n

5 to 7 years of professional experience.<\/p>\n

Cash management skills.<\/p>\n

A good knowledge of issuing LC's.<\/p>\n

A good knowledge of issuing LG's.<\/p>\n

Ability to undertake multiple tasks at the same time without losing focus.<\/p>\n
