Our Client is an investment company. Through their subsidiaries, they maintain innovative industrial endeavors around the world.
They are currently looking to hire an Assistant Restaurant Manager to be based in Bahrain.
Duties & Responsibilities: <\/p>\n

\n
• Assist the store manager in the control of all P&L line items and helps to budget and control assigned tasks<\/li>\n
• Assist in training of Service Experts and Managers Trainees<\/li>\n
• Helps complete monthly store reports<\/li>\n
• Assign job positions to staff members to ensure that all positions necessary to the restaurant's operations are filled and hire staff on successful completion of BMT<\/li>\n
• Supervise personnel as they greet customers and take their orders to ensure that customer needs are satisfied promptly and courteously<\/li>\n
• Supervise staff in cleaning both equipment and facilities to ensure that sanitation standards are compiled and maintained all the time in a neat and attractive manner<\/li>\n
• Receive and resolve customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction<\/li>\n
• Take stock inventory, controllable and cash checks, to provide accurate data needed for ordering supplies and identify shortages & overages<\/li>\n
• Provide employees with 4 step training method in all areas, including food preparation, sanitation, proper appearance, customer courtesy, suggested selling techniques, etc.<\/li>\n
• Evaluate employee performance & recommend appropriate action to the Restaurant Manager<\/li>\n
• Complete staff schedule<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualification & Requirements:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • 3-5 years of experience in the fast food industry<\/li>\n
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree<\/li>\n
  • Fluency in English <\/li>\n
  • Excellent client relationship skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
