The mission of the position:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Online Fundraising Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing online fundraising campaigns, online conversions and acquisition, journey optimization, digital advertising campaigns, text-to-donate campaigns, and email marketing campaigns. Monitoring and reporting on different social networks, collating statistics, and reporting on social media activity.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

   Key performance areas and main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

   Manage online fundraising campaigns: <\/strong><\/p>\n

   \n
   1. Responsible for online fundraising campaigns throughout all channels in terms of planning, costs, results & income (in-house approach).<\/li>\n
   2. Responsible for online fundraising campaign analysis and data-driven campaign management to maximize ROI (in-house approach).<\/li>\n
   3. Responsible for designing the online fundraising campaigns in terms of all relevant materials e.g. messages, visuals & videos (in-house approach).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Website management:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
      1. Content management.<\/li>\n
      2. Responsible for web usability, UX, and optimizing online donation process for regular monthly payments (in-house approach)<\/li>\n
      3. Mobile optimized website design in cooperation with the web developer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

         E-Mail, SMS, MailChimp:<\/strong><\/p>\n

         1. Responsible for planning & content management of email, SMS, and MailChimp in all touchpoints of donor\u2019s communications.<\/p>\n

         Build and maintain a network:<\/strong><\/p>\n

         1. Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels.<\/p>\n

         2. Oversee all the Association\u2019s social media accounts and online content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

         \n \t\t\t\t\t\tMust criteria<\/p>\n \n BSc degree in Digital Marketing or a similar relevant field.<\/li>\n 3 to 5 years of expertise and experience in online fundraising\/ sales.<\/li>\n Proven track record in online fundraising\/sales\/marketing.<\/li>\n Experience in SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM software.<\/li>\n Proven ability to take over responsibility for online campaign planning and budgeting.<\/li>\n Very good command of English and Arabic.<\/li>\n Ability to work partially in a virtual set-up.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n \t\t\t\t\t\tCompetencies \u2013 knowledge, skills, abilities<\/p>\n \n experience with A\/B testing and user experience (UX).<\/li>\n working experience in an online shop.<\/li>\n Skills in content writing for online channels.<\/li>\n Basic knowledge of internet technics such as HTML, PHP, ASP.NET, and JavaScript.<\/li>\n Training for Adobe Photoshop & Premiere, and other image & video editing software.<\/li>\n Google Certification.<\/li>\n Proven communication and organizational skills.<\/li>\n Excellent Arabic \/ English speaking and writing skills.<\/li>\n Identification of the values of the organization\/ association and willingness to contribute to its aims.<\/li>\n Hardworking, dedicated, and able to work under pressure.
