Role Purpose:<\/p>\n

The Data & Analytics domain is an integral component in the Product Development department, delivering data engineering and analytical modelling solutions to provide data-driven decision-making capabilities, operational intelligence, business performance and customer behavioral analysis, dynamic offering campaigns and profitability analysis. The domain plays a major role in Vodafone Qatar\u2019s key organisational strategies, focused on digital and data.<\/p>\n

With us you will:<\/p>\n

• Manage the domain key delivery streams: Data Engineering, Advanced Analytics and Data Integration. This includes domain governance, stakeholder management and vendor management by working collaboratively and cross functionally to develop meaningful relationships to achieve business goals<\/li>\n
• Manage Projects delivery on time, on budget and to scope, manage onshore\/ offshore vendors and internal\/external stakeholders, <\/li>\n
• Ongoing development of new capabilities is a primary focus as well as playing key roles in delivering transformation initiatives across domains<\/li>\n
• Manage, direct, motivate and coach the team of domain professionals<\/li>\n
• Support Operations where required, to maintain the environments performance and data quality KPIs<\/li>\n
• Develop and maintain a roadmap, driving transformation, to ensure business and technology demand is met in the future\u200b<\/li>\n
• Support business growth by maintaining scalable data architecture and information models<\/li>\n
• Projects and program delivery on time, within budget and up to required quality.<\/li>\n

  • Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science (or similar)<\/li>\n
  • IT\/Telco architecture, design, and business processes<\/li>\n
  • 10+ years of Data Management, Analytics and BI domain in IT\/Telco Industry<\/li>\n
  • 5+ years of team management<\/li>\n
  • A dedicated professional who can build and lead the team in proper direction by aligning individual goals with company\u2019s goals<\/li>\n
  • Know about the best practices in Enterprise Data Engineering, Analytics and Business Intelligence with strong understanding of CVM analytical needs, campaign segmentation, financial analysis and sales performance.<\/li>\n
  • Holds vast experience in design strategies, optimization techniques and Data Architecture skills.<\/li>\n
  • Experience in stakeholders, vendor, and team Management<\/li>\n
