In this job of
DELL Presales
, you will be responsible for enhancing sales of assigned product by offering pre-sales support to customers, designing solutions and assist salespersons to upsell & cross sell designated product. Conduct enablement session for sales. Complete required vendor certifications (both sales, presales & Technical). Assist channel partners to meet the required vendor certifications. Liaise with vendor for update on latest technology. <\/p>\n

Convert customers \/resellers enquires into right technical solutions <\/p>\n

Meet with end users to better understand their requirements if necessary. <\/p>\n

Conduct demos and proof of concept in Aptec\u2019s demo center (where applicable) to present right solution to customer (reseller and\/or end user) or on the customer site <\/p>\n

Design solutions blocks in collaboration with hardware\/software vendors and present same to customer. <\/p>\n

Arrange and conduct a technical training for partners\/customers <\/p>\n

Arrange and conduct in-house technical training for Aptec\u2019s partner (where applicable) as per target assign <\/p>\n

Study and take seriously all the arranged training by the department head in order to keep the technical knowledge at the required level. <\/p>\n

Get pre-sales\/technical certificates from vendor. <\/p>\n

You hold MBA with 4-5 yrs relevant\/ industry experience OR Graduate with 5-7 years \/Pre \u2013 Sales (Technical) Certification on respective product <\/p>\n

You are Excellent written and communication skills <\/p>\n

You have Good analytical skills <\/p>\n

You have Excellent PC skills including Excel and PowerPoint <\/p>\n

You are Self-starter, self-motivated, a team player and attention to details, <\/p>\n

You have Good planning and self-organizing skills <\/p>\n

You are Customer orientated, approachable. <\/p>\n

You have Decision Making ability and have team Management Skills, <\/p>\n
